Anti Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy Statement

20th February 2017

Organisational Structure

We are an established Groundworks and Civil Engineering Company based solely in the UK. From the Company’s head office in Witham, Essex, we operate in the Northern Homes Counties, North and East London, East Anglia, and Kent.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are comprised of purchasing materials, sub-contracting, plant hire, and other various services connected with construction.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

At TDR Groundworks Ltd we are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery, human trafficking, or servitude in our supply chain or in any part of our business. This commitment is reflected in our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.

We also have in place clear due diligent processes and systems for the confidential reporting of concerns and the protection of whistle blowers in line with the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.

Training

To guarantee quick identification and a clear understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, all directors here at the company have been fully briefed on the subject.

Supplier Adherence to Our Values

We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking, and expect full compliance with these standards from all of those in our supply chain and business. Non-conformance by any individuals and organisations to our standards may result in the termination of them working on our behalf.

Further Steps

In the future, we aim to develop training for all relevant staff to raise awareness of slavery and human trafficking and its implications, as well as to instill in them the ability to identify and report potential non-compliance.

We also aim to appraise our supply chain agreements to ensure that they reflect and communicate to those in our supply chains and business our expectations of compliance to our zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking.
