Client: Persimmon Homes Essex
Location: Frinton-on-Sea, Essex
Work Description: Roads, Sewers & Groundworks (including off-site drainage connections) for 37 units
Value: £1.8m

The project also involves TDR Groundworks Ltd undertaking the role of Principal Contractor for the initial phase of the works.

This is the first project secured with this nationally recognised residential developer.
